End User License Agreement

1. Application
Harmony AP Automation ("the Application") is an internal accounts payable automation tool developed and operated by Harmony Group ("the Company") for use exclusively by the Company's employees and authorized staff in the course of their professional duties.
2. Internal Use Only
This Application is not available to the general public. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of Harmony Group and its affiliated entities. The Application connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's API to create bills and record bill payments on behalf of the Company's restaurant clients.
3. License Grant
The Company grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for internal business purposes related to accounts payable processing for the Company's clients.
4. Data Handling
The Application accesses QuickBooks Online company data solely for the purpose of creating and managing accounts payable transactions (bills and bill payments). No client financial data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than the Company's accounting services.
5. No Warranty
The Application is provided "as is" for internal use. The Company makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. Users should verify all transactions posted to QuickBooks Online for accuracy.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Application. Users are responsible for reviewing all data before it is posted to client QuickBooks Online accounts.
7. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
